Rain is rare here in Arizona! When it does come we try to stop and enjoy it. We open all the blinds and watch it come down. Carter enjoyed watching it but was also a little antsy to get outside and play again. After the storm cleared and the sun dried up all the rain (sort of) we went to the park to play. As you can see the run off areas were still full of water which Carter promptly figured out and decided to take a dip in them. For at least a month after the storm she would point to the grassy area and say "oh no, no more water." (March 19, 2015)
